Key Responsibilities
  • Frontend Development
    • Design and implement high-performance frontend architecture to ensure seamless user experience.
    • Develop new features using React.js and maintain existing codebase to ensure scalability and reliability.
    • Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality, responsive code that meets modern web standards.
    • Build reusable components and libraries to streamline development and improve code maintainability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
    • Refactor and reduce technical debt to improve code quality and efficiency.
    • Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast loading times and seamless interactions.
  • Testing
    • Implement and update unit tests for new and existing code to ensure reliability and stability.
    • Participate in manual testing to identify and report bugs.
  • Documentation
    • Document new and existing code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
    • Record design decisions and code architecture to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • DevOps
    • Maintain build scripts and automations to streamline development and deployment.
    • Deploy frontend releases to ensure timely and efficient updates.
  • Mentoring & Learning
    • Guide team development efforts to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
    • Maintain high software quality standards to ensure excellence in development.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
    • Participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
    • Upskill through continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Hold a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 4-5 years of experience in frontend development.
    • Proficient in React.js, state management libraries, and development tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
    • Familiarity with Git, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Skills
    • Responsive UI design and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
    • State management frameworks such as Redux, React context, and MobX.
    • Experience with UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI.
    • REST APIs and Git version control.
  • Desirable Skills
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
