Job Title: RPO Administrator

TalentCru is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RPO Administrator to join our team. As an RPO Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by providing advanced administrative oversight, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment projects, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute complex recruitment reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
  • Oversee and streamline recruitment-related correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary administrative liaison for senior recruiters and hiring managers, coordinating efforts across multiple departments.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and efficiency in documentation and candidate engagement.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (or equivalent); a diploma or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management, recruiters, and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling sensitive information and compliance-related tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle high-pressure environments.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system use.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating, interpreting, and presenting recruitment-related reports and metrics.
