Job Title: External Fibre Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven External Fibre Sales Associate to join our team at KTOB Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our fibre internet services to potential customers in designated communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.

  2. Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.

  3. Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.

  4. Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.

  5. Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.

  6. Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.

  7. Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company.

Requirements:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Reliable and punctual
