About the Role

Momentum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team of Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team to achieve sales targets, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent client service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with operational processes, policies, and legislative requirements.
  • Performance Management: Regularly assess team members' performance and implement actions to increase performance.
  • Client Service: Drive client service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards.
  • Culture and Engagement: Create a positive work climate and culture to energize employees and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification, FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 passed, and 120 credit FAIS recognized qualification.
  • Experience: 3-5 years' working experience in the insurance industry environment, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Relationship building, networking, good communication, computer literacy, financial services industry knowledge, and people management.
