The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic administrative support, managing the advisor’s diary, and performing general office duties such as scanning, printing, and filing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the financial advisor
- Manage the advisor’s diary, including client birthdays, meetings, and appointments
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, printing, and filing (both online and physical)
- Ensure adherence to processes set by head office
- Manage client queries efficiently
- Gather and prepare information for client meetings, including reviews, proposals, and implementations
- Assist with event planning as needed
- Manage and drive outstanding requirements such as FICA and medicals
- Generate quotes for investments, life cover, etc.
- Implement and monitor client proposals, including submitting applications, changes, switches, additions, and withdrawals
- Arrange and finalize repurchases and transfers
- Ensure product providers implement instructions accurately and within a reasonable timeframe
- Experience in assisting a financial advisor, particularly with an investment focus
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously
R55,000 - R70,000 per annum
