Job Title: Case Manager

At The Legends Agency, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end process of transactions, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution between brokers, clients, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the case lifecycle, maintaining and updating client files and records in a CRM or relevant software.
  • Transaction Processing: Oversee the administrative processes for client transactions, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, keeping up to date with changes in industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise between brokers, clients, lenders, and internal departments to facilitate efficient communication and problem resolution.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues and challenges that arise during the transaction process, offering solutions and handling escalations by working with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies or delays.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring a positive and professional experience, providing ongoing support to existing clients to manage their accounts and ensure satisfaction.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate case files, transaction logs, and performance metrics, generating regular and ad-hoc reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a case manager or in a client-facing administrative role, preferably in the financial services or brokerage industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex documentation, familiarity with financial products and brokerage services, proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and brokerage-specific software.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations such as FINRA, SEC, and other relevant authorities is a plus.
