Business Manager Job Description

At Boardroom Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving financial targets, developing business cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Financial Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed financial targets for the fiscal year.
  • Develop Business Cases: Create comprehensive business cases to enhance the product portfolio and drive revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Project Management: Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of projects and effective coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualification: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in industries such as insurance, credit, loans, bill payments, fintech, tech products, or banking.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of transactional banking products, financial analysis, and project management.
