Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly financial returns, adhering to company standards.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process supplier invoices, handle queries, manage accruals and prepayments, reconcile petty cash, and ensure accuracy in F&B receiving and invoice matching.
  • Payroll and Statutory Compliance: Complete monthly payroll and statutory payments, with a strong understanding of VIP payroll knowledge.
  • Financial Reporting: Reconcile cash, floats, and dockets, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Stock Management: Assist with stocktaking and maintain effective control systems.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Matric is a minimum requirement, with a further qualification beneficial.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a related finance field within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Pastel. Good understanding of Hospitality PMS systems NEBULA, APEX & PLUSPOINT is a bonus.
  • Valid Documents: Valid RSA ID.
