Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Guarantee the physical space is safe, attractive, and functional for all employees while supporting the department's vision to create an outstanding workplace.
  • Developing and Implementing Facilities Programs: Create, execute, and maintain facility programs reflecting priorities such as continuous improvement, automation, global thinking, and identifying best practices, while reducing financial exposure.
  • Transportation Service Coordination: Own the transportation scope and services for employees from and to the site.
  • Team Leadership: Effectively manage the Facilities team within SLA and KPI standards, including facilities technicians, service contractors, security teams, janitorial teams, and critical equipment contractors.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Communicate status and timelines of facility maintenance projects, enhancements, and changes to customers.
  • Risk Management: Implement and communicate policies impacting safety and security, including risk management policies related to information security and management systems.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Manage facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery, coordinating with headquarters division to implement a company-wide emergency response plan.
  • Facilities Documentation: Maintain and oversee facilities architectural drawings and floor plans, ensuring accuracy and updates.
  • Facilities Asset Management: Maintain the database of fixed assets and its ranking based on geographic location.

About This Position:

This role requires an associate's degree in a facilities-related field or a vocational/technical diploma with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in facilities. Experience in electrical, lighting, budget planning, plumbing, and HVAC is a plus.
