Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and place candidates in permanent and contract roles; Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment services; Stay updated on industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Business Development: Drive new business by engaging with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners; Leverage existing relationships to generate new leads and expand our service offerings.
  • Tech-Savvy Systems Management: Manage your business development and recruitment processes with excellent administration of our systems; Maintain smooth operational processes using our tech stack.
  • Continuous Learning: Benefit from ongoing training to enhance your recruitment, sales, and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in managing full-cycle business development recruitment processes.
  • Experience working with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners.
  • Tech-savvy and able to work with multiple digital platforms.
  • Open to continuous learning.
  • Self-driven, excellent at closing deals, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
  • Minimum 5 years Business Development experience, with a solid base and a good name in the industry.
