The Courier Hub Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Cato Ridge courier hub. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the hub, including parcel sorting, dispatch, and delivery coordination. They will also supervise and lead a team of hub staff, including drivers, sorters, and administrative personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hub efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze hub performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to hub staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams and external partners to optimize transportation and distribution routes.
