Responsibilities
  • Manage client requests with precision, ensuring timely and seamless execution of bespoke travel experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier suppliers, fostering strong partnerships to secure exclusive access to luxury goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored itineraries, incorporating expert knowledge of luxury destinations and activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on the latest trends and developments in the luxury lifestyle industry, applying this knowledge to consistently exceed client expectations.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in the luxury lifestyle or hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of high-end customer service.
