Job Title: Call Centre Team Leader

Recruitment Dynamix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Centre Team Leader to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Call Centre Team Leader to lead and manage a team of call centre agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team meets their daily duties, targets, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct call centre agents to achieve their daily duties and targets.
  • Monitor and review agent performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
  • Provide regular reports to management on team performance and progress.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in a call centre leadership role.
  • Higher Certificate or Grade 12.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
