Call Centre Operations Manager

Recruitment Dynamix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Centre Team Leader to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Call Centre Team Leader to lead and manage a team of call centre agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team meets their daily duties, targets, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct call centre agents to achieve their daily duties and targets.
- Monitor and review agent performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Provide regular reports to management on team performance and progress.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- 2 years' experience in a call centre leadership role.
- Higher Certificate or Grade 12.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
