Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the SEO team, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and tailor SEO strategies accordingly, driving campaign success.
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of SEO campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics are met.
  • Regularly report campaign progress and results to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the internal SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (virtual or in-person) to review performance, discuss objectives, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services based on client needs and campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure client strategies remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client account management, preferably within a digital marketing or SEO agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to managing relationships.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling services is a plus.

Working Hours: 3pm to 11pm SA time
