About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Sandton. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships within the Kenya/African Telecom Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and grow customer relationships within the Kenya/African Telecom Market.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and manage end-to-end global integrated telecommunication services and solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee global connectivity services, ICT, cloud, IoT, video conferencing, unified communications, content, and security services.
  • Business Opportunity Management: Manage project business opportunities, sales targets, and project cash flow.
  • Sales Procedures: Ensure the successful preparation and follow-up of sales procedures and BEF.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience as an Account Manager in the telecommunications sector.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in global connectivity services, ICT, and related fields.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kenya/African Telecom Market and existing customer resources.
  • Skills: Strong skills in customer relationship management, market development, and teamwork.
