About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team in the South African and Southern African market. In this role, you will identify and develop strategic relationships with clinical leaders in targeted hospitals and healthcare markets, working closely with Masimo distributors to support accounts in your territory.

Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and directing the overall Key Account Sales program, developing account strategies, implementing strategies, and coordinating resources necessary to optimize strategies.

  • Demonstrate exceptional selling skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Become proficient in CRM Management, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales staff to sell and close key account whole-house conversions.
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge, including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, and provide in-service for end-users.
