  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain food quality and reduce waste.
  • Support chefs in plating and presentation to uphold the hotel's standards and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Follow recipes and kitchen guidelines while learning and improving culinary techniques, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • South African ID or valid work permit.
  • A culinary qualification, preferably from a reputable institution.
