Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Assist in overseeing all lodge operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and safari activities.
  • Guest Relations: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing inquiries, managing feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance lodge standards, ensuring adherence to service excellence and company policies.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve lodge operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, scheduling, and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior management roles within luxury hospitality or game lodge environments. Experience working as a couple is a plus.
