Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Housekeeping Department: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of housekeeping operations to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort by delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Performance Management: Supervise the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
  • Cost Control: Ensure that costs and inventory are controlled, and productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Service Standards: Take ownership of departmental programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory and managerial skills, with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
  • Guest Service: Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to find creative solutions and proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Integrity: Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
  • IT Skills: Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
