We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Gophermods. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of executives, maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and initiatives, demonstrating resourcefulness and critical thinking skills.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and confidential communication at all times.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives, as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team and overall company operations.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant who possesses:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Gsuite, and other productivity and project management tools.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Resourcefulness and ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
