Job Title: Salesforce Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Support Analyst to join our team at Datafin Recruitment. As a Salesforce Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding Salesforce queries and issues.
  • Manage Salesforce access control, including starters and leavers.
  • Differentiate between first-level support and system enhancement requirements and escalate accordingly.
  • Assist clients with reporting and dashboard requirements.
  • Ensure new enhancements are correctly adopted by the business.
  • Ensure Salesforce remains clean, with no duplicate data, unused reports, or unused fields.
  • Provide support and guidance to business heads and their teams in managing client data.
  • Ensure relevant training material is produced and maintained.
  • Assist with super user training and support.
  • Ensure the smooth transition of new functionality into the business through communication and group training sessions.
  • Assist with testing of new functionality.
  • Assist Salesforce super users with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Work with the Service Product Team to ensure Salesforce and its usage are optimized.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with the global, external CRM community.
Requirements:
  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with Salesforce.
  • Business Analyst experience or skills are advantageous.
  • An understanding of relational databases.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
