Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote and sell our products and services to customers, resulting in revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience in a call center environment.
  • Qualifications: Matric or equivalent qualification.
