About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in East London. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the HR strategy in collaboration with the local Unit strategy.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of People Strategies that attract, develop, and retain employees. You will also drive flawless execution of Global, NiM, and local HR Initiatives, coordinating and executing workforce planning for the specific customer unit.
The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education or equivalent and 3-5 years' experience in a HRBP function in a factory. Exposure to Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for leading and managing change through the effective use of organisation design, development, and business transformation techniques. Experience of working in Industrial and employee/labour relations, as well as success leading, coaching, and developing people in a high-performing team environment, is essential.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent influencing and coaching skills. They will have a proven track record of contributing to the creation, implementation, and execution of People Strategies for a business, function, or unit.
