Global Banking School is a leading provider of finance and investment banking training, with nine campuses across London, Birmingham, Leeds, and Manchester. We're currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Information Systems Manager to join our East London campus on a 12-month FTC.

About the Role:
  1. As a Human Resources Information Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for preparing and analysing people data, delivering clear and structured reporting that provides valuable insights, recognises trends, and identifies areas where further reporting is required.
  2. You'll also be responsible for entering all new staff recruitment, leaver, and staff changes data to the Unit 4 HRIS system, testing and maintaining all necessary workflows within the ERP system to ensure efficient administration of the people function, and ensuring that all correct documents are uploaded to the ERP system to complement the onboarding and people management functions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field or equivalent experience, as well as CIPD level 3 or 5 or relevant experience, and proven ability to identify and implement improvements in systems and processes. You'll also need to have high-quality written and verbal communication skills, excellent active listening skills, and interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people.
