Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and passionate Executive Culinary Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and overseeing the development of new concepts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fine dining cuisine and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing menus that meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Managing kitchen operations, including staff training and development, inventory management, and supplier relationships
  • Overseeing the development of new concepts and ideas to drive business growth and innovation
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A formal chef qualification and at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment, as well as special requirements such as kosher food
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Ability to work flexibly and think creatively, with a passion for food and hospitality
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • An estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000
  • A generous benefits package, including provident fund contribution and meal allowances
  • A 21-day on/7-day off work cycle, with 15 annual days leave
