HR Administrator Job Description

TalentCru is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our growing Human Resources department in Cape Town. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless employee onboarding and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing job offer letters.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including administering orientation programs and completing necessary paperwork.
  • HR Operations: Organize and maintain personnel records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Recruitment Function: Assist with the entire recruitment function up until the selection of the successful candidate for the job.

Requirements:

  • Related qualification: HR Diploma, Degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience
  • Recruitment experience in Finance environment
  • Onboarding experience
