- Manage and qualify leads, guiding potential customers through the initial stages of the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Engage in proactive sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and identify key target markets.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospects, effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions.
- Act as a key technical advisor and product advocate during the sales process, addressing client concerns and ensuring they understand the value of our ERP solutions.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support pre-sales activities, enhancing our sales efforts.
- Gather and relay feedback from prospective clients to the product development team, driving continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our ERP solutions in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales, or business development role, preferably in the ERP or software solutions industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations and managing sales calls, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools, with a strong understanding of their application in sales and business development.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales role within the software or technology sector.
