As a key member of the Afro Miaki Group PTY team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our infrastructure services and assets in accordance with specified standards.

Your primary goal will be to maintain the availability of our assets and buildings in line with the required specifications. This includes supporting our planned maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain infrastructure services and assets to meet specified standards
• Support the planned maintenance program to ensure minimum downtime
• Identify potential equipment or asset failures and take proactive measures to mitigate them
• Investigate plant or equipment failures to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions
• Provide oversight and recommendations for re-active maintenance work to ensure quality standards are met
• Approve proposals for new plant and equipment, providing specifications for supply and installation in accordance with company standards and good engineering practice
• Provide technical expertise and support to Facilities and Project Managers as needed

Requirements:
• Grade 12 N6 Diploma in Engineering
• Certified Data Centre Professional (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities management
• Strong technical background and excellent management and leadership skills
• Code B Drivers License
