The Property & Store Design department is responsible for ensuring that all Clicks stores are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance of all Clicks stores within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes:

  • Managing maintenance projects to ensure all SLAs and schedules are achieved;
  • Ensuring that maintenance work is completed in a timely manner and meets the required standard;
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING EFFECTIVE SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS TO ENSURE THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY SERVICE ACROSS ALL CLICKS STORES;
  • Coordinating and keeping accurate records of all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards;
  • Conducting ongoing risk assessments to identify areas for improvement;
  • Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules;
  • Ensuring accurate capture and authorization of maintenance costs;
  • Responding to unplanned emergency maintenance requests;
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime;
  • Maintaining administrative tasks and ensuring communication with stakeholders;
