JOB DETAILS

We are looking for a skilled professional to assist with CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB, including reviewing FICA documentation and verifying customer information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To review all FICA documentation on existing customers and ensure accuracy.
  • To provide excellent service to branches and customers by assisting with ongoing due diligence.
  • To verify FICA status for all existing clients and update relevant systems.
  • To block accounts where ODD could not be concluded.
  • To assist branches with ODD queries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum - Matric / Certificate in Banking or similar.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar position.
  • Excellent understanding of FICA required.
  • Microsoft Office 365.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Banking Operations Coordinator, you will work alternate Saturdays and must be a SA Citizen.
