Key Account Manager for Food and Beverage Sector

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at ES Recruitment. This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated individual who wants to take their sales career to the next level.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for driving market share growth and brand building in-store through effective relationship management with store owners and managers. Your key objectives will include:
- Ensuring optimal product visibility at all times;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote execution excellence;
- Evaluating and sharing findings on market trends to identify market-specific needs in terms of product, promotions and creative concepts;
- Managing competitor analysis on a regular and consistent basis;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent;
- Proven sales experience in the retail sector, preferably with food and beverage products;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
