Job Description

The DLK Group (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Design and develop process improvement initiatives, including workflow diagrams, process maps, and documentation, to drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret trends, track performance metrics, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, using clear and compelling communication to drive business results.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to drive change and innovation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented changes, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed to ensure sustained improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
