Internal Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bi-lingual Internal Customer Service Representative to join our thriving Edenvale team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a positive after-sales service experience to all customers
  • Handle customer complaints/queries efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure accurate records are kept of all repairs/jobs done, including cost of labor and spares issued
  • Monitor repair costs to ensure economic feasibility to the company
  • Work with the Workshop Manager to develop and implement internal systems to record, returns, repairs and credits
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans
  • Strong customer service experience/ability
  • Microsoft programmes, i.e. Excel, E-mail
  • Advantageous: + 2 years Syspro or similar operating system knowledge
