About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, including expanding our core services and new product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to grow core and new services, including bill payments, e-commerce, and SaaS.
  • Manage advertising, digital marketing initiatives, social media, PR, newsletters, and content updates.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to enhance our marketing approach.
  • Plan and manage events to promote our brand.
  • Liaise closely with cross-functional teams and external service providers to align and execute marketing efforts.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on the Payments industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English (Afrikaans would be beneficial).
