LMP RECRUIT is seeking an experienced Contract Sales Representative to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our distributors to process sales orders and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. They will be responsible for processing sales orders, verifying ranging documents, and managing claims and returns.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Enter sales data accurately and efficiently, using EDI to automate the process where possible.
  • Ranging Document Verification: Verify that sales orders correspond with ranging documents to guarantee correct products are delivered to stores.
  • Minimum Order Value (MOV) Guidelines: Verify that orders meet minimum order value guidelines to prevent unnecessary delays.
  • Out-of-Stock Products: Prevent invoices from being issued for out-of-stock products to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Claims and Returns: Process and manage claims and returns to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Quotes and Customer Portals: Process quotes for customers and monitor their portals for new orders, claims, and stock levels.
  • Back-order Maintenance: Liaise with clients to ensure back-orders are managed effectively, including stock updates.
  • Customer Invoices: Ensure customers receive invoices via email to facilitate payment.
  • Inventory Management: Capture all unavailable or out-of-stock items to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Order Deliveries and Rejections: Track order deliveries and rejections to prevent delays.
  • Store and Warehouse Queries: Manage queries with stores and warehouses to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Finance and Debtors Support: Provide support to the finance and debtors function as required.
  • Operational Reports and KPIs: Manage key operational reports and ensure compliance with established KPIs.
  • Customer Master Files and Sales Records: Maintain up-to-date customer master files and sales records.
  • Order Extensions: Schedule order extensions with replenishment departments at stores.
  • Invoicing and Customer-Facing Documents: Create invoices and other customer-facing documents.
  • Departmental Communication: Communicate with relevant department buyers to prioritize orders or plan opening orders for new stores or assist with delivery date extensions.
  • Customer and Sales Support: Provide support to Sales Manager, Key Accounts, and other Sales Representatives on pricing, stock holding, deliveries lead times, claims, returns, queries, MOVs, MOQs, and rounding profiles.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
