Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Secure new business opportunities in the automotive industry by identifying and prospecting potential clients.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Visit clients regularly to assess their needs, present product offerings, and close sales deals.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling automotive products, parts, and services.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and profitability in the assigned territory.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and sales data to management.

Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and market positioning.

Customer Service and Support:

Offer exceptional post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns clients may have.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

Record sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts accurately.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback for management review.
