Executive Destination Specialist

Executive Placings is seeking an experienced Executive Destination Specialist to join our team in the East of Gauteng. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to contribute their expertise in the luxury inbound travel market.

About the Position:

  • Design and deliver bespoke luxury travel experiences for discerning clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, hotels, and other industry partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tours, including booking services and coordinating invoicing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in destination management or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Familiarity with luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern and/or East Africa
  • Proficiency in Tourplan and good general computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling high volumes of work with accuracy and efficiency

Salary Estimate: R900,000 - R1,300,000 per annum, depending on experience
