**Join the Luxury Travel Experts: Inbound Tour Consultant Wanted**

Kendrick Recruitment is excited to partner with a top-tier inbound luxury Destination Management Company (DMC) based in **Heidelberg, Gauteng**, specialising in curated journeys for the discerning traveller. We’re looking for an experienced **Inbound Tour Consultant** to join their passionate team and help create unforgettable Southern & East African experiences for clients around the world.

**About the Role**: This is a **full-time** position based in Heidelberg, where you will leverage your **luxury inbound travel experience** to design bespoke journeys, manage bookings, liaise with suppliers, and ensure flawless tours. If you’re a **TourPlan** expert with a flair for high-end travel and a passion for Southern & East Africa, this could be the perfect role for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design and quote custom travel itineraries across Southern & East Africa for high-end clients
- Handle all tour logistics from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution
- Provide excellent after-hours support for guests travelling through the region
- Maintain accurate documentation, booking confirmations, and invoicing
- Work closely with accounts to coordinate payments and services
- Ensure every detail is perfect, from pre-departure to post-tour follow-up

**What You’ll Need**:

- ** 3+ years of luxury inbound travel experience** - we’re looking for someone who knows the market inside and out
- Proficiency in **TourPlan** is essential
- Exceptional **communication skills** (both written and verbal) and a professional, customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of **luxury travel destinations** across Southern and East Africa
- A **problem-solver** who can handle any challenge with grace
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- ** Own transport** is a must (public transport isn’t an option for this location)
