About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join NTT DATA as an SAP Project Manager, where you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
    • Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • SAP Expertise
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
    • Collaborate with SAP architects and consultants to design effective solutions.
    • Stay informed about the latest SAP developments and best practices.
  • Resource Management
    • Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project milestones.
    • Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as needed.
    • Identify and address any resource constraints.
  • Budget Oversight
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
    • Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Communication
    • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Facilitate effective communication between team members and external partners.
    • Address and resolve issues in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and rectify potential issues.
  • Change Management
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth project transitions.
    • Anticipate and address resistance to change among project stakeholders.
  • Documentation
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
    • Ensure that documentation adheres to organizational standards and compliance requirements.
