Business Development Manager

Qualification:
•Matric with a related qualification
•3-5 years FMCG/food and beverage related sales experience
•Must have chain store & wholesale experience, dealing with food products, inclusive of product listing, with resources.
•Must be willing to travel / overnight stays will be required, also to go across different countries
Responsibilities:
•Utilizing market data statistics and trends to establish sales goals for the business.
•Reviewing market inadequacies challenges and issues and adjusting plans accordingly
•Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports for management
•Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses within the business and the team.
•Managing sales budgets according to what is available.
•Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies with each challenge that the business faces
•Approving and managing large client contracts -business terms contracts
•Recruiting hiring and training new employees for the sales division
•Networking with potential business partners and clients to promote the business and its expansion.
•Creating presentations for business partners corporate executives and shareholders at least once a month
•Completing performance reviews in all salespeople
•Offering strategies for improving employee performance
•Promoting successful employees by the use of incentives or other sales drives
•Maintaining effective communication throughout
