We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team at Autorecruit.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Professional to provide exceptional support to our organization, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and preparing meeting materials
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, client information, and project details
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and manage calendars
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including data entry and expense tracking
  • Support other departments as needed, including HR, IT, and operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (such as business administration or office administration) an asset
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive)
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
