As the Philippines Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Boldr's recruitment process in Manila, Tacloban, and other provinces. You will proactively source and hire top talent while developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies for our global company.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement a consistent recruitment procedure.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Lead and oversee the Recruitment team in the Philippines.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
- Manage and maintain recruitment databases.
- Oversee all recruitment channels and research new sourcing methods.
- Plan and implement employee referral programs.
- Support recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and implement procedures to enhance the candidate experience.
- Assess the effectiveness of recruitment plans through team communication.
- Act as the point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters.
- Develop and execute employer branding activities.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates.
- Review employment applications and background check reports.

Requirements include:
- Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.
- Hands-on recruitment experience in multiple locations across the Philippines.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
- Advanced skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- An aptitude for identifying candidates who are technically qualified and culturally aligned.
- Excellent analytical skills.
