Job Description

As an Expert Recruitment Consultant at SD Recruitment, you will play a key part in shaping the future of industries by connecting talented individuals with cutting-edge organisations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to manage their external vacancies and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Guiding clients through the end-to-end sourcing process, from advertising on various job boards and social media platforms to managing vetting applications and shortlisting CVs
  • Coordinating on-site and virtual interviews, maintaining relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Engaging with external stakeholders to understand business needs and maintain relationships
  • Providing market insights and overview to assist hiring managers in assessing candidate suitability for roles
