Job Title: Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for our clients in the UK, USA, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
    • Conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Preparing cover pages and detailed candidate profiles for our Recruitment Consultants.
    • Conducting reference checks and gathering feedback on candidates to present to the recruitment team.
    • Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
    • Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and EOR Specialists to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
    • Participating in regular meetings to discuss candidate progress and strategize sourcing approaches.
    • Ensuring a smooth handover of qualified candidates to the recruitment team for further engagement.
  • Record Keeping and Administration:
    • Maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation in our ATS and CRM systems.
    • Tracking sourcing metrics and reporting on candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
    • Assisting in administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate databases.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and sourcing techniques.
    • Providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the candidate sourcing process and overall recruitment strategy.
    • Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing candidates.
    • Completed Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
    • Proficient in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and screening candidates.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and the recruitment team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and tasks effectively.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time efficiently to meet KPIs.
