About the Role

Fusion Recruitment is seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to drive organizational growth and employee development.

Key Tasks
  1. Determine training needs by consulting with management, departments, and staff to boost productivity.
  2. Develop and execute customized training programs that cater to organizational goals and available resources.
  3. Schedule and manage training events, arranging venues, booking trainers, and handling logistics.
  4. Assess the success of training programs through participant feedback, performance assessments, and metric analysis.
  5. Oversee the training budget, predicting expenditures, negotiating contracts, and optimizing resource utilization.
  6. Design or acquire engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, videos, and interactive elements.
  7. Provide administrative support for training-related tasks, such as scheduling, participant communication, and inquiry response.
Salary and Benefits

R 17 000 - R 21 000 monthly, plus pension fund contributions, health insurance, group risk coverage, and disability protection.
