We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Teaching Designer and Developer to join our team at Dananda Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Module Development: Design and develop interactive modules on Moodle, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and meet the required learning objectives.
  • Platform Maintenance: Regularly patrol weblinks and resources on REGenius to ensure they are working correctly and make any necessary updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and test all resources before they go live to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Assessment and Certification: Set up online assessments for ACE Access and manage the delivery of modules as per the production schedule.
  • Collaboration: Work with course writers to develop new material and liaise with the L&T Coordinator on new course rollouts.
  • Micro-learning and Badging: Design micro-learning modules and learning pathways, and implement badging and certification systems.
  • Support and Development: Assist with any other duties as directed by the Head of Learning & Teaching, and contribute to the development of new learning experiences.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
