Main Responsibilities
- Screen incoming calls and transfer them to relevant staff members.
- Offer administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle face-to-face inquiries from visitors and respond to their queries professionally.
- Maintain the reception area in a presentable state at all times.
- Coordinate support personnel diaries to optimize productivity.
Requirements
- A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- An Office Administration Certificate would be beneficial.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Familiarity with switchboard systems and Seda's products and services would be advantageous.
