Your key responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams to design and implement business process improvements, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners, and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth business operations. To succeed in this role, you will need 5-8 years' experience working in a similar environment, 2-5 years proven experience of people management, process and change management experience, understanding of Sub-Saharan Africa Country Legislation, independent worker with a proactive and calm approach to managing own priorities in a busy environment, proven experience in project and service deliverables, shaping and influencing the needs of the business while driving and motivating a high performing team, ability to land change effectively with a knowledge of tools and methodologies, strong stakeholder management, collaboration, communication and influencing skills, creative thinking, understanding of the employee life cycle and associated processes and tools, adaptability and resilience to withstand an ever-changing environment, flexibility in terms of working hours; travel will be required.
