  1. Schedule Coordination: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the line manager and team members.

  3. Report Development: Prepare professional reports, presentations, and agendas as required.
  4. Financial Management: Track and manage budgets and invoices related to communications activities.
  5. Procurement Support: Assist with procurement of goods and services within the Corporate Communications unit.
  6. Marketing Strategy: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline strategies.
  7. Content Development: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  8. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
  9. Brand Alignment: Ensure all branding guidelines are followed across internal and external communications.
  10. Material Design: Support the production of branded materials, including brochures, presentations, and event signage.
  11. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing event and promotional activities.
  12. Liaison Function: Act as the liaison between the Corporate Communications team and other departments.

Requirements:
