Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you'll be responsible for educating donors, conducting evaluations, and counseling on deferrals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate donors' suitability for plasma donation through physical examinations and medical history reviews
  2. Communicate effectively with donors and other staff members to ensure a smooth and safe donation experience
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies
  4. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of employment
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
